Mit der Single "Mirrors" gelang Natalia Kills kürzlich erstmals der Sprung in die deutschen Charts. Sie konnte damit sogar in den Top 10 landen und stand für einige Zeit sogar vor Lady Gaga. Das ist vor allem deshlab interessant, weil Natalia Kills bisweilen schon als die "neue Lady Gaga" gehandelt wurde. Mittlerweile geht schon ihre dritte Single aus dem aktuellen Album "Perfectionist" an den Start.
Nach "Mirrors" und der Single "Wonderland" folgt am 22. Juli die Auskopplung "Free". Entstanden ist der Song in Zusammenarbeit mit Black Eyed Peas Mastermind Will.I.Am. Er gilt auch als Mentor und Förderer von Kills und ließ es sich daher auch nicht nehmen direkt auf einem ihrer Tracks mitzuwirken. In den USA ist die Single schon wieder ein alter Hut, dort ist der catchy Popsong schon vor Wochen erschienen.
Will.I.Am entdeckte Natalia Kills schon seit 2008 und nahm sie bei seinem Label unter Vertrag. Der Rest ist Geschichte. Erst vor wenigen Tagen durfte sie dann in Düsseldorf als "Vorband" das Konzert der Black Eyed Peas eröffnen.
Die neue, dritte Single "Free" kann man deutschlandweit ab dem 22. Juli kaufen. Zu finden ist sie auch auf dem aktuellen Album "Perfectionist", das seit Apirl in den Läden steht. Wir haben hier das Video zur Single und weiter unten gibt es dann auch den Songtext / Lyrics.
